Where Do You Deliver?

We Deliver products all over Bangladesh Right Now.
We have proudly Delivered cute Stationaries all the 64 Districts in Bangladesh.
Mostly Home Delivery (If it’s Under Coverage Area)

How Long Does It Take to Deliver?

Inside Dhaka it takes 1-3 Days & Outside Dhaka 1-4 Days(Approximately).
Sometimes because of some unwanted problems the process may delay, lease keep that in mind.
But, it won't take more than 7 days Hopefull

Which Courier do you use to deliver Parcels?

We currently using Pathao Courier Only.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes you can,after your parcel Dispatchment courier company will send you a tracking link you can track from there.
Or
You can track your Order from our website also. Just use the order id & email which you used while ordering.
Go to bottom of our website
Information > Order Track > Put Order Id & Email.

Where do i find Order Id?

You can Find your Order Id after you Place an Order/  Or
A confirmation email with Invoice will be sent to your email after Placing an Order, you can see Order Id from there.

Do You Accept Return or Refund?

Yes We do. Make sure you check your products infront of delivery person. If you see any defect you can easily return it. Or you can make an unboxing video.
But, if you return any product without any reason you have to pay the Return Charge (50% Of The Delivery Charge)

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Yes Just Let Us Know Through Facebook,Instagram Or Website message option Within 12 Hours After order Confirmation.

How do i Know my Order Has been Confirmed?

A Confirmation Email will be sent to your email address which you used during placing order. Also in some cases a confirmation call will be made to make sure.

What Information's Do i need To provide while Ordering?

Nothing Extra. Just Use your
Name
Valid Detailed Address
Valid Phone Number
Valid Gmail

Make Sure To Create an Account in our Website & Logged In. So that, you don't have to put all informations every time you placing an order.

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at info@stationerypouch.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!

What happens if my package is lost?

In the very rare scenario that a package is deemed lost, then the buyer will always be issued a full refund provided that shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. A package is deemed lost if it is not delivered within 15 days. In such case, you must contact us within 7 days so we can reship or refund your order.

If You Used Valid email address, please check your Primary inbox carefully or check SPAM Emails
